Jason Crowley featured in the Wall Street Journal

We’re excited to announce that our founder, Jason Crowley, was quoted in the Wall Street Journal article on “How to Financially Protect the Stay-At-Home Spouse.”

The article covers a variety of risks to the at-home spouse and offers practical recommendations for mitigating those risks. Some of the ideas include postnuptial agreeements, spousal IRAs, disability and life insurance, and working part-time to maintain eligibility for SSDI. Having frank conversations early on is paramount. Establishing an open dialogue builds trust and enables spouses to address any concerns before the stay-at-home spouse is at a financial disadvantage.
